Responsibilities
Taking care of HR Full factions (HRD/HRM).
Preparing payroll for Tiger soft program employees.
Handling Com&Ben Management.
Managing employee evaluation, Performance Management, KPI, etc.
Working with HQ (Europe) to implement the policy.
Developing internal personnel and courses.
Handling other tasks in the HR department.
Qualifications 
28 - 45 years old.
Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience in HR full spectrum.
