HR Executive (North | Immediate )

Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: Up to $3,800 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our daily office operations and manpower administration within the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling Work Pass matters, project documentation, insurance administration, and general office coordination while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Manage Work Pass (WP) applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Coordinate Security Bond, medical insurance and other employee-related documentation
