Job Description
HR Executive - Industrial Relations
- Formulate and review IR policies and guidelines to promote industrial harmony.
- Manage any grievances, disputes and disciplinary cases towards a prompt and amicable resolution.
- Ensure disciplinary actions taken are in compliance with Employment Act 1955.
- Advise and direct line managers accordingly on the appropriate disciplinary actions consistent with the Company’s policy and procedures.
- Initiate effort that promotes good faith and mutual respect in terms of relationship with the Union.
- Company’s representative in conciliation meetings and Industrial/Labour Court.
- Assist in revision of Collective Agreement.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline.
- Strong leadership qualities, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
