HR Executive - Hospitality Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with experience in the hospitality sector in Goa. The candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws) and hands-on experience in managing HR operations in hotels, resorts, or casinos.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)

Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records

Handle PF, ESIC, and labour law compliance & filings

Support payroll processing and statutory deductions

Assist in recruitment and interview coordination

Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations

Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation

Key Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field

2–5 years of HR experience in hospitality (hotel/resort/casino preferred)
