Early Talent Development Specialist, 13 Month FTC, London (Please note, applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role) An opportunity has arisen for an Early Talent Development Specialist to join a global law firm on a 13 month maternity cover contract, based in Canary Wharf , London. This is a substantial role. You will be the main point of contact for approximately 150 trainees, running career development meetings to advise on performance, development, seat and qualification preferences, and leading the qualification process in liaison with Trainee Partners, HRBPs and trainees. The role is genuinely varied.
