• Supervise the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
• Maintain regulatory compliance with Colombian labor and safety authorities.
• Design compensation and benefits strategies.
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Drive organizational development and workforce planning.
• Monitor HR metrics and performance indicators.
• Strengthen company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
