Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies.
- Supervise the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
- Maintain regulatory compliance with Colombian labor and safety authorities.
- Design compensation and benefits strategies.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Drive organizational development and workforce planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and performance indicators.
- Strengthen company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
