Our client is looking for a data-driven People professional to join their People & Culture Team in a newly created and critical role. This position will strengthen how the business uses HR data, systems, and insights to support leaders, teams, workforce planning, DE&I, and people initiatives.
The Role: HR Data, Systems and Insights LeadThis role sits at the heart of HR Operations and acts as a trusted partner to People leaders, HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders. The focus is on collecting, analysing, and translating people data into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive action and support better decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities Bring strong experience working with HR data, reporting, dashboards, and HR systems. Collect and analyse people data across talent, recruitment, DE&I, performance, engagement, and workforce trends. Produce regular and ad‑hoc reporting packs for People leaders and senior stakeholders.
