HR Data & People Analytics Specialist

The HR Specialist will support the Global HR Head in driving key HR processes across Iberia, combining strong operational HR knowledge with capabilities in data analytics, compensation, talent acquisition, and annual HR cycles. The role is key to professionalize HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards.
• Analyze workforce data to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
• HR Reports
• Support salary review processes and calibration cycles.
• Analyze internal equity and external market benchmarks.
• Monitor compensation structures and propose improvements.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and budget.

3. Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
