We are seeking a People Analytics Data Engineer with strong expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics Governance to join our SBD team. This role will design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that empower leaders and business partners to make data-driven decisions. You will play a key role in transforming complex workforce data into actionable insights through trusted, auditable data products.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain robust data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across all analytics solutions
• Integrate and manage data pipelines from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, engagement platforms, etc.) to deliver timely and reliable insights
