Job Description

DUTIES

/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist HRBP with New Employee Orientation
  • Assist with updating Employee Handbook and Policies annually
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and seminars 
  • Assist with annual Performance Review and Employee Engagement Survey Process, UKG Trainings and CCA Webinars
  • Track, coordinate and ensure appropriate follow up and compliance with deadlines
  • Request HR compliance reports and perform regulatory audits as needed
  • Coordinate meeting and internal events; prepare and draft employee communications related to such meetings and events.
  • Assist with the Living the Mission Program and award ceremonies.
  • Assist HRBP with the Position Requisition Process
  • Plans, coordinates and oversees employee training sessions
  • Assists with special projects as needed
