My client are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team based in Castle Donington.This is a full-time, office based role.
You will provide efficient, accurate, and professional support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered consistently, compliantly, and to a high standard. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, the role supports employees, managers, and the wider business while maintaining HR systems, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and delivering an excellent employee experience.
Working closely with managers and the HR team, you will support recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and reporting activities across the business. This role offers opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
