Job Description
A busy creative agency is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle and keep day-to-day people operations running smoothly, to start ASAP.
Working closely with an HR lead and managers across the organisation, this role will support recruitment coordination, onboarding and induction, HRIS management, payroll and additional project work. You’ll also be the first point of contact for employees and managers for any queries day to day.
The ideal candidate will be organised and work well under pressure with a genuine interest in developing their career within HR, with experience working within the creative industries.
This role would suit someone early in their HR career (with 1 to 2 years exp) who wants broad exposure to the employee lifecycle. CIPD study is welcome but not essential.
