This role acts as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders by managing HR data, reporting, budgeting, and digital initiatives.

Lead the monthly HR closing process at division level, ensuring timely and accurate data consolidation from all sites
Review and validate actuals vs. forecast data, identify deviations and provide root-cause analysis
Coordinate with site HR and finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of HR data
Drive continuous improvement of closing processes, standardization, and data quality
