**This position requires 3 days per week onsite in the Davenport and surrounding area.**

**Experience with investigations is essential, adaptable to changing priorities, crucial conversations/strategy, ADA/FMLA leave experience a plus, experience with regulatory surveyors/healthcare a plus.**

**POSITION PURPOSE**

The Colleague Relations Partner is a trusted partner, providing guidance and colleague relations subject matter support to Regional Health Ministry (RHM) based managers and colleagues in promoting and fostering of a fair, positive, and collaborative working environment.
