POSITION - HR CLERK
LOCATION - KLANG
SALARY - RM
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring the HR filing system.
- Implementing & monitoring current HR policies, procedure & practices.
- Conduct orientation programme for new employee.
- Administrator for overall leave, staff claims, etc.
- Keep track of employee's files, keep track of leave/ staff daily attendance,
- Perform other general administrative and human resources tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent standard of English language skills in both oral and written
- Good in basic computer knowledge – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be team player and able to work independently minimum supervision
