In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Be the first HR contact for employees, leaders and managers and provides counseling and solution for them in line with business needs Drives and supports HR & management processes and tools (performance review, organization review, telent review, people development, employee opinion survey across the organization Develops leadership skills; provides coaching and facilitation support to leaders Drives recruitment process by understanding business needs in the delegated business units Takes part in entry and exit process (offers, job descriptions,exit interviews) Initiates further developments in HR processes & practices Supports local social events and initiatives Who You Are: You act with urgency and determination, consistently driving toward results even in situations with uncertainty or change.
