If you’re CIPD Level 5 and want a role where everything’s already set up, this isn’t it.

If you want to step into a Head of HR role within 12–24 months, it’s a very different conversation.

You’ll join a growing, multi-brand services business that’s been scaling through acquisition. The focus now is getting the foundations right. Systems, structure, culture, capability.

Hybrid role, Central London (Bloomsbury). Expect around 3 days a week in initially, with more flexibility as you get established.

You’ll start hands-on. ER, advising managers, supporting across brands. Proper operational HR in a business that isn’t polished yet.

It’s busy. Sometimes messy. Very real. But this isn’t static.

Over time, you’ll step up. More ownership, more strategic input. The plan is clear...
