HR Business Partner

Position: Human Resources Partner (on site) – Supports Orangeville and Vaughan locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local HR representative responsible for implementing Altium’s people and HR strategies.
• Execute People Strategies, including hourly talent acquisition, employee relations activities, retention analysis & action planning.
• Administer HR functions for onboarding and off‑boarding, payroll, time‑keeping and compliance, and benefit and policy questions.
• Administer company‑wide HR initiatives.
• Coach and influence leaders and associates.
• Conduct employee investigations.

Qualifications

• Education Level: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Certifications preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
• 1 year of Recruitment experience.
• 1 year of Employee Relations experience.
• 1 year of Employee Investigation experience.
