is a leading manufacturing company for respiratory therapy medical devices.
The HR Business Partner - Operations is responsible for supporting all HR-related needs for the entire Operations Department, with a particular focus on developing leaders and retaining top talent.
This position will work closely with leaders of the Operations teams including VP Operations, Plant Manager, Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality.
In this role, the HR Business Partner
Primary Responsibilities
Lead HR-related objectives on behalf of the Operations Team
Partner and provide direction to the Shelter HR representative and the VapoMex nurse.
Create and execute development plans in partnership with leaders
Monitor, assess, and hold leaders accountable for the results of the Operations team members
Serve as go-to HR resource for the entire Operations Team, including all personnel needs
