  By joining our team as an  HR Business Partner  you will be working within our Global HR team as the HR expert for the Italy and Spanish regions. This role will be a new position based in Milan, Italy and will include regular travel between countries to collaborate directly with Senior Management teams on HR issues and support the expansion of sales organizations. This is a standalone role with an indirect line of support from the international HR team.

 Your responsibilities will include:

 Establishing and implementing the HR strategy while contributing to the company’s success and growth in the region.
 You will be sparring partner for the regional management teams and local contact person for employees.
 Providing HR support, training and coaching managers in all HR related areas, such as leadership, culture, recruitment, performance management, people development and reward.
