This 100% onsite opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR Compliance Specialist who can independently assess compliance risks, strengthen documentation practices, and help establish a solid human resources framework for a growing organization. The role focuses on reviewing personnel records, identifying areas of exposure, and providing practical guidance on policies and handbook updates while partnering with a small HR team.
