Job Description:

The Space & Missions Systems Segment is seeking a strategic HR business partner to support business leaders within the Engineering and Security organizations within the Space Systems division. This is an on-site position located in Colorado Springs, CO and reports to the Director, Human Resources for Core Functions. As the HR business partner, the selected candidate will be a true strategic partner in driving business results by understanding the client area’s strategic plans and initiatives to provide value added recommendations.
