Your Role

As a Gensler Human Resources Business Partner, you will have a broad responsibility of working directly with team members and leadership in supporting the Gensler Argentina office. This is an opportunity to be part of building a strategic HR service model in a creative and cutting‑edge environment. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you work closely with leadership to deliver HR solutions and strategies that support business objectives. You will make an impact by leading the implementation of HR programs and advising leaders on talent matters.

You will be the day‑to‑day contact for our business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR guidance and solutions that align with company goals; it includes employee benefits, HRIS, compensation, retirement plans, legal compliance, mobility, and policies & procedures. You are a unique blend of strategic thinker, team player, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
