Your Role

As a Gensler Human Resources Business Partner, you will haveabroad responsibilityofworking directly with team members andleadership in supporting theGensler Argentina office. This is an opportunity to be part of building a strategic HR service model in a creative andcutting-edgeenvironment. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP)youwork closely with leadership to deliver HR solutions and strategies that support businessobjectives.You will make an impactbyleadingthe implementation of HR programs and advising leaders ontalentmatters.

You will be theday-to-daycontact forour business leadersto understand organizational needs and provide HR guidance and solutions that align with company goals; itincludesemployee benefits, HRIS, compensation, retirement plans, legal compliance, mobility, and policies & procedures.
