About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident HR Business Partner to take ownership of the HR function for Secom Australia, based in St Leonards.
This is not a purely strategic role; this is a hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up HR position where you will build, structure and embed HR foundations across a 24/7 workforce.
You will work closely with the Head of HR while operating autonomously day-to-day, delivering practical, compliant and people-focused HR support across the entire employee lifecycle.
