Location: Merrylands, NSW, Sydney
Hours: 40 per week (Mon–Fri)
Rate: $50–$60 per hour

We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated HR Business Partner to join a busy team on a contract basis. This role requires a hands-on, “door-knocker” approach — someone ready to take initiative, drive recruitment efforts, and support key HR processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including headhunting and talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Support managers and staff across the business with HR initiatives, providing guidance and coaching on workplace issues (including sensitive conversations, handled professionally).
