As an HR Business Partner at IQVIA, you will strengthen the technical, operational and compliance-driven side of HR within a complex, international matrix organisation. This role is ideal for an HR professional who combines strong Dutch employment law expertise with a structured, data-driven mindset.
Your Impact
Act as a trusted HR advisor on employee relations, sick leave management, performance management and talent topics, with a strong focus on compliance and risk mitigation
Safeguard compliance with Dutch employment and social legislation (incl. WvP, WAZO, WAB, immigration law)
Drive HR operational excellence by improving processes, using HR data and ensuring adherence to global and local policies
Lead and contribute to local and global HR projects, including legislation updates, HRIS (Workday) implementations and M&A integrations
