Job Description1. Assisting the HR manager in recruitment & onboarding employees on HRMS
2. Helping with designing and organizing employee engagement activities and key team events, in order to build a strong organizational culture
3. Handling day to day operations tasks
Technical background or experience in tech recruitment would be a plus as we're also looking for HR interns/employees specifically for handling tech recruitment. However, a technical background is 'NOT' a must.RequirementsKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel; knowledge of HRMS and ATS is a plus
Outstanding organizational, communications, and time-management skills required
Degree/Internships in Human Resources or related field
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
