Job Description
Manages the recruitment and selection activities that require qualified applicants to fill job vacancies on time.
Conducts employee procedures from on-boarding to off-boarding.
Develops and implements policies.
Implements effective records and documentation in all HR processes.
Manages employee database.
Provides advisory to line, middle, and senior managers on Performance related matters.
Coordinate goal setting and performance reviews.
Analyzes training needs in conjunction with the project managers. Ensures the Learning and Development activities are taken up on priority within the organization and coordinates such effort.
Implements companywide communication, events, and activities for the employees.
Deals with grievances and implements disciplinary procedures.
