Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant with hands-on experience using UKG, UltiPro, or Kronos to support their HRIS migration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience with HR systems, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide administrative support to the HR team across a wide range of human resources functions.

+ Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

+ Process employee onboarding, offboarding, status changes, and other HR transactions within UKG, UltiPro, or Kronos.

+ Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related documentation.
