Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to drive HR operations, support HR transformation initiatives, and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple locations, while closely partnering with plant leadership and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR SPOC for HRMS/HCM transformation, including migration from Oracle to a new platform
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities
- Handle complete employee lifecycle management and ensure HR policy compliance across locations
