HR Assistant

1. Responsible for end to end recruitment.

2. Prepares employees personal information for submission to Accounting for payroll reference

3. Responsible in orientation of newly hired employees, distribution of Ids, signing of contracts, and issuance of supplies.

4. Monitor contracts of all employees.

5. Responsible in timely monitoring of Performance Evaluation of all employees.

6. Prepares Timekeeping.

7. Ensures correctness and accuracy of employee details for submission to Accounting Department.

8. Responsible for checking daily attendance and shall report status of every employee (i.e absences/tardiness/AWOL).

9. Responsible for Biometric registration of newly hired employees.

10. Prepare authority to deduct to all issued supplies (uniform, mask, vest, safety shoes, etc.)

11. Ensures completeness of documents and transmittal letter to all sites

12. Monitor, check and review company fill up forms
