Salary: £26,370.94 (FTE £30,766.09)

Hours: 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (with occasional flexibility)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR and Wellbeging Officer to provide first-line HR support and guidance across the organisation. You will play a key role in implementing HR policies, supporting managers and staff, and ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory standards (CQC and Ofsted).
