Insight Global is seeking a hands-on HR & Quality Manager to support warehouse and shop operations. This role will lead HR functions for hourly and shop employees, while also owning quality, safety, and OSHA compliance initiatives across production and warehouse environments.
This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational setting and can balance people leadership with regulatory and quality oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership

Serve as the primary HR leader for warehouse and shop employees
Manage full-cycle HR responsibilities including:

Employee relations and conflict resolution
Recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly workforce
Coaching front-line supervisors on performance management

Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
