About the position: 
The HR Analyst for our Global Growth R&D population supports people initiatives and strategies across our R&D functions. You will support the implementation of various HR projects and offer hands-on support to our employees with regard to HR queries (such as employee relations, engagement, improving
L&D and talent management). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers striving to reach the next level and gaining exposure of different stakeholders. This role reports directly to the P&P Lead, Global Growth R&D and Marketing Excellence.
In brief, you are responsible for: 
Collaborate with various departments, offering hands-on support in employee relations, talent management, performance management and HR initiatives.
Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees and managers, addressing general HR queries.
