About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will be the go-to person for all HR matters, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy and is eager to support both managers and employees in a variety of HR functions. You will ideally have some experience in Employee Relations, and have experience managing the likes of grievances, PIP, absence management and disciplinaries.
