Job Description

• Build and lead the HR function from scratch in a fast-scaling AI startup environment.
• Partner directly with founders and leadership to design HR policies, performance frameworks, and culture initiatives.
• Drive recruitment across technology and commercial roles while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Main Job Requirements

• Strong startup or scale-up HR experience (essential).

• Experience hiring across technology and commercial functions.

• Background in technology-driven businesses.

• Proven ability to partner directly with founders and senior leadership.

• Experience developing HR policies, performance management frameworks, and culture strategies.

• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (regional or global exposure is an advantage).
