HR - Officer / Adviser We have a couple of HR Advisor roles in the pipeline to be based in Dunedin as our clients P&C teams continue to grow. Both roles are a great opportunity for HR Professionals with prior advisory experience to take their capabilities to the next level in fast moving environments.
These are on-site based roles in Dunedin.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing generalist HR Advisory level support to your manager across the full employee lifecycle. You'll manage recruitment processes end-to-end from sitting down with managers to craft JDs to completing reference and background checks and onboarding processes.
