HR Adviser (LW)

Job Overview

Fixed Term until 31 March 2027. 36 hours per week.

This role is part of a dynamic transformation within our People & Culture Directorate. As an experienced HR Adviser, you will help shape the future of our organisation by advising managers and staff on policy, employee relations and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on terms and conditions of service, employment legislation and organisational policies.
• Support managers in conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with Once for Scotland, NHS Fife policies and best practice standards.
• Assist with the new HR Service Desk and enquiry portal to deliver timely HR information and support.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with staff and managers.
• Build positive relationships and collaborate across a multi‑unionised public sector environment.
