HRIS & Dayforce Administration
Enter and audit new hire records in Dayforce (personal data, tax elections, direct deposit, position details)Track and follow up on outstanding pre-boarding and onboarding tasksMaintain accurate personnel files, including document organization and scanningProcess employment verification requestsRecruitment Support
Post job openings to job boards and internal platformsCoordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidatesTrack candidate progress within the applicant tracking systemPrepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment steps (background checks, I-9 initiation)Onboarding Coordination
