About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to provide administrative and procedural support to our HR, Accounting, and General Services activities across Europe.
You will work closely with HR, Finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth processes, accurate documentation, and timely execution of internal services.
Coordinate employee entry and exit processes, including contracts, onboarding formalities, access/IT requests, and documentation.
