Job Description
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop and execute annual recruitment plans based on the company's manpower budget and business development needs.
- Develop and maintain local recruitment channels; organize interviews and talent selection processes to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Optimize the onboarding process and maintain accurate employee records and personnel information.
2. Compensation & Benefits Management
- Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory tax filings, and contributions to SOCSO, EPF, and HRDF.
- Assist headquarters in structuring local salary scales and incentive schemes to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
- Conduct periodic salary surveys to analyze industry trends and provide recommendations.
