HR & Admin Manager

We are looking for a full-time HR & Admin Manager who has a good understanding of both Singapore and Malaysia Employment Act. You will manage a team of 4 HR colleagues (3 in Singapore and 1 in Malaysia) to ensure smooth daily HR operations across both countries.
Requirements: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR practices and operations, including knowledge of employee relations and compensation & benefits
Good understanding of Singapore and Malaysia Employment Act and related statutory regulations will be highly advantageous
Experience with HRIS systems, reporting tools, or HR data analytics will be an advantage
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset
