Requirement
Assisting the HR & Admin on administrative matters among others but not limited to:
- Actively participate in the Recruitment process*
- Handle a full spectrum of recruitment activities, i.e., advertising, database applications, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and the hiring process.
- Conducted briefing sessions for new staff and introduced them to all staff and middle management.
- Administer internship applications from local universities.
- To handle day-to-day administrative tasks, i.e., monitor staff e-leave using the Worksy system and other related work and part of the Company's utility bills and invoices.
- Responsible for Staff Performance Appraisal*
- Monitor staff under probation and contract basis and submit Performance Appraisal Form to Immediate Supervisor.
