Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, including computation of salaries, allowances, deductions, and statutory submissions
  • Manage employee leave claims and liaise with relevant government authorities on matters such as maternity leave and childcare leave
  • Handle matters of IRAS, including IR21 for resigned foreign employees and IR8A annual submissions for all staff
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll and manpower costing reports by trade (e.g. rebar, formwork, wet trade) and by project, to support finance and QS budgeting
  • Execute accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions to ensure timely collections, payments, and effective cash flow management.
  • Review and process employee expense claims in accordance with company policies
  • Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounts
