HSQE Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HSQE Specialist to join our HSQE team, reporting to the ORM Manager. The role involves working collaboratively with HM, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, incident investigations, internal and external audits, risk assessment, and reporting, while fostering a proactive safety culture.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance in the development and implementation of H&S policies and procedures.
• Aid in identifying H&S risks on a continual basis and recommend changes to internal and external safety practices.
• Conduct effective incident investigations and supply quantitative and qualitative data to foster preventative and proactive measures.
