About the Role

BaptistCare is seeking an experienced and capable Housing Transition Specialist to join our highly supportive housing team on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027, working 4 days per week. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong tenancy management experience who is confident working in complex environments and committed to achieving fair, respectful and legally sound outcomes.

The role is focused on managing a small portfolio of complex tenancies within a program transitioning to closure. It requires a high level of autonomy, sound judgement, and advanced knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and VCAT processes.
