Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Housing Specialist in the PACTprogram at Behavioral Health Network! 
This position is based in Holyoke, MA.
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the PACT program with the following:
Arranges, in consultation with DMH, the annual inspection of all DMHHRA licensed properties including residences and DMHRA subsidized apartments.
Schedules and verifies the completion of all repairs and construction generated from the DMH annual inspections.
Consults with PACT staff to provide housing information and assist in the process of locating stable housing for PACT individuals.
Complies with all requirements for housing documentation.
Reviews and becomes familiar with PACT orientation manual and Policy & Procedure manual.
