Overview

Birmingham City Council is recruiting Housing Solutions and Support Caseworkers to join the team within Homelessness Services. The role is key to providing early support and guidance to prevent homelessness and managing the day‑to‑day operation of the Housing Solution & Support Case Worker Service.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess citizens who approach the Council and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
• Deliver expert housing advice and solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and investigations.
• Make referrals to local authorities and support agencies.
