Housing Repairs Supervisor - ABS47645

Job Description Deploy, supervise and control all resources within multi-trade repairs team providing a repairs service for housing and non housing work to internal and external customers, providing information and recommendations to management on operational matters and work closely with other colleagues and supervisors. This post is not office based with most of the time spent out on site planning supervising and organising the teams of in-house employees and subcontractors across a wide range of trades. The candidate will have completed a CITB City and Guilds Apprenticeship, be driven to achieve completion of properties within the given time scales and work as part of their team. Be hard working and able to motivate others, have a flexible approach and a flair for problem solving.
